Hint: The character is Chucky. The caption is deliberately misspelled, but is accurate as to who this local figure is.

From what I found out in confidentiality this week end, the picture examplifies who it is. There are those flying monkeys who are only harmless in that they just spout the talking points. All talk, no action. Then, there are those who actively try to discredit and hurt anyone associated with the anti-casino movement. Art imitating life.
